The CF R WEA Accounting & Controlling Regional Hub is a financial and accounting competence center, covering all companies of the Siemens Group in Western Europe and Africa.

It ensures the correctness of the Financial Statements of over 96 Legal Entities in Algeria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia and United Kingdom.

Currently we are looking for somebody to reinforce our Processes and Projects team, within our Business Process Management Area.

  • Create, define and/or Implement endtoend benchmark financial solutions and corporate projects within Finance Community.
  • Analyse internal or external IT technologies and Functional solutions to support and develop further automation and digitalization.

  • Be SPOC of Financial Community towards IT for all kind of new financial developments and implementations.
  • Make sure that financial and accounting processes are defined, designed, and put in place in line with the Global Activity Split.
  • Ensure processes are maintained / documented and updated / monitored and optimized regularly.
  • Collaborate, support and create together with CFR HQ (Head Quarter) organizations developments of new solutions to be implemented worldwide.
  • Make sure that tools and projects get implemented within the different companies considering the impact (economical and functional) and the change management towards the different stakeholders.
  • Implement and execute a trainthetrainer concept for the target group (division, central functions) after alignment with the end customer.
ERP systems SAP/Non SAP related, BPM tools, etc.


Design, contribute to the development and implement solutions inside, outside or connected to the ERP systems, related to accounting and controlling area, to optimize financial processes related with new SAP subledgers.


  • Covering Global and own Solutions, incl. regional/country needs, which will be implemented within the area of responsibility in the different ERP systems.
  • Providing own developed solutions to other CF R communities.
  • Creating, updating and publishing "user manuals" at the time of implementation.
  • Having an extended knowledge of SAP/Non SAP combined with high experience in accounting and controlling area.
  • Implementing and performing a training concept for the correspondent target group.
  • Being the Contact Point for Global HQ initiatives.
IT relationship

Collaborate closely with IT Organizations to ensure correct prioritization and handling of accounting topics.

Participate in the definition of the technical blueprints of the IT solutions and being SPOC for all the financial community in the area of responsibility.


In the role of Expert key user:

  • Represents the Key User community for the financial process across divisions.
  • Participates to periodical process Key User community meetings.
  • Fosters continuous process improvement and drives process optimization across divisions.
  • Reviews release notes determining impact and assuring critical process testing.
  • Leads and Organizes information sessions and trainings for Key Users.
  • Takes the lead role in central project roll outs and implementations for the defined process stream.
  • Knows support processes & guidelines
  • Where to find help and to escalate.
  • Experience on SAP Fiori.
  • Any other Business Process Management tools and platforms experience would be highly valuated (e.g. PEGA)
  • Deep understanding of the SAPenabled business process. A deep IT knowledge is required to ensure correct impact analyses so SAP/Non SAP systems can be further developed to the needs.
  • Accounting experience to understand the different business areas and to define the best way to facilitate the process for all the companies. Focus lays within the different Financial and Controlling modules with special focus on subledgers and master data maintenance and additional knowledge and integration with other modules.
  • Open interest and capacity to analyze new technologies and instruments is required next to the traditional enhanced IT skills and tools (windows, apps,).
  • Creativeness, social relationship (network) and professional recognition are necessary to develop the job and to deal with all the possible customers (internal or external) in a correct manner.
  • Requires good communication and negotiation skills to perform the job. Working together with different stakeholders in different areas requires the art to collaborate with others.
  • Working in an international environment, language skill is a must; Fluent English is the standard language to communicate, in written and verbally.
