Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:_

Global Business Services (GBS) is the engine to drive the transformation to ONE adidas. It is the company's operational backbone, through delivering standard global services, focusing on enhancing customer user experience, and providing consistent skills and quality.- Key Responsibilities:_Perform Quality Checks on all Purchase requests submitted.

Support Business and team on Process and technical related questions.
Support team leads in reporting and data analysis.
Ensure policy compliance and KPIs throughout the entire operations.
Create and provide a system, process, and policy training.
Responsible to ensure up to date process GBS.

NTP documentation.

Provide onboarding support and training to new joiners.
Upon Procurement GBS / Global request, assist in buying activities and support activities.
Align with NTP Category Managers on category specific policy and documentation updates.

Global/Local Procurement Teams
GBS Buyers
GBS Procurement Teams
GBS Accounts Payable
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_Excellent understanding of Ariba or Coupa purchasing systems.
Advanced knowledge of Procurement and/or Operations.
Eagerness to learn and an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the capability to independently interact with different stakeholders.
Action oriented and solution minded team player with a process oriented mindset.
Advanced literacy in MS Office tools.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Availability to travel.
Requisite Education and Experience /

Minimum Qualifications:

_A bachelor's or master's degree with an emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, procurement or legal, or comparable professional education.

-4+ years of business experience, preferably in the Procurement area.
-4+ years of Customer Service, Administrative functions experience.
