Customs Broker fluent in German (M/F) - Porto


Job Description:

• Management and monitoring of customs processes, in bureaucratic and legal terms;
• Customer management and followup;
• Control and manage timely delivery times;
• Solving problems related to the management of bureaucratic processes;
• Management of customs clearance processes related to the German market;
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support the achievement of regulatory and internal compliance standards and to ensure timely ensurance;
• Ensure checks and processes are completed that result in timely and effective processing of transactions and legal and regulatory compliance;

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (B2-C1);
• Good knowledge of english;
• Training at the secondary level;
• Team player with cando attitude;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Facility in the verbal communication;
• Availability to work rotating shift;
• Careful presentation;
• Dynamism and motivation;
• Able to make independente decisions based on expertise;
• Attention to detail;
• Able to work to tight deadlines;
• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday or from Monday to Friday;
