What you need:

  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
  • Customer oriented with strong decisionmaking skills as a Customer & Technical Support;
  • Excellent communication and good argumentation skills;
  • Ability to solve technical issues creatively;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.

What you'll do

  • Working as a Customer Support, you'll have to be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues;
  • Make an effort to regained customer's confidence in the brand;
  • Provide recommendations to engage with customer's needs;
  • Have a central role within the internal organization.
