Findhu is looking for a dynamic and energetic
Business Partner Analyst, who will integrate one of the market leaders in the biochemist industry,
working from home in Portugal, on
a temporary 6 months contract.

Your day-to-day

Deputizing your peers & FM when needed
Support the Finance Manager in his/her analysis and partnering on finance with the business
Actively participating in the execution of the Client Europe Strategy
Maintain and deliver recurring management reports
Prepare monthly results analysis writeup
Proactively raise profitability issues to management
Develop and maintain BI systems
Conducting regular reviews against plans and analyzing for appropriate corrective action
Budgeting and Forecasting (Vena)
MPC calculations
Review/approve VDDM and train/guide the associates in preparation for new VDDMs
Daily followup of
SAP BI mailbox
Train associates on Qlik reports and other tools
Develop BI system
Present Finance KPMs during Monthly associates' meeting
Providing regular updates to FM on departmental management & projects
Reviewing and approving all journal entries of business partners on a monthly basis
Assisting in ensuring compliance with all internal and external financial standards
Prepare and timely distribution of accurate management reports (Monthly comments, Sales profitability report) to facilitate company decision making
Assist the Finance Controller with the Monthly finance closing
Assisting with developing appropriate forecasts and budgets for the business
Assisting in the preparation of statutory annual financial statements and filing
Assisting in the preparation of financial commentary and analysis for Global Finance and local
Assisting in ensuring adequate segregation of duties within the organization to minimize the risk of fraud and misappropriation

Must-Have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant domain, with 48 years of work experience
Team player who loves personal interactions and gives a clear personal touch to human relations

Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP is mandatory.
Living in Portugal or Spain
