Tasks

At our team, digital transformation is a business imperative and core company priority.

We are developing the global digital ecosystem of platforms to improve efficiency, deliver on business needs and engage with professionals and consumers, with both our portfolio of SaaS and some bespoke tools created, the digital platforms team ensures usage and adoption of these tools are high and relevant.


By being part of the Global Digital Platforms team, a digital platform manager will help facilitate usage and adoption from our current platforms, as well as assist the Global Digital Platforms manager in strategic decisions.

You will play a key role in focusing on key platforms that the business has prioritised as growth tools such as (but by no means limited to) Sprinklr and SimilarWeb - and help assist brands and markets with the day-to-day activities.

It is a very wide
- ranging and diverse role where you will work across the company and learn about many different functionalities and capabilities within the business.


The role reports to Global Digital Platforms Manager and will work in close collaboration with the global technology teams and brands across B2B and B2C as well as local markets to help leverage usage and adoption.


  • Assist in rationalization of Master Asset Catalogue (MAC) to determine key platforms for digital and marketing, ensures uptodate
  • Understands and assists in capability gap analysis based on business requirements
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure platform requests are in line with overall business strategy and budget
  • Streamlines various sameuse platforms and implements in other parts of business and defines strategies to increase adoption
  • Oversees training strategies for platforms
  • Works with brands and teams/markets globally to assess needs and assist with platform advice (SaaS and PaaS)
  • Assists in informing overall business strategy and other digital/marketing teams with insights and advice on various platforms
  • Works with local teams to ensure that they are getting most out of platform
  • Managing change, should local team change to a new platform
  • Manages relationships with vendors of platforms
  • Assists in management internal/bespoke platforms
  • Manages large platforms such as Sprinklr, addressing minor issues and escalating major issues
  • Ensures that service level agreements (SLAs) are fulfilled
  • Ensures that any data handled by platforms is protected and within guidelines
  • Ensures that local platform users are aligned with overall strategy
  • Ensures usage and adoption rates of platforms align with business
  • Creates strategy to enhance usage and adoption/or makes decision to ditch licenses or even platform should it not align with overall business objectives
  • Ensures that usage and adoption is consistent over all brands

Requirements:


  • Requires at least 23 years of digital experience, in product and platform management;
  • Additional agency/consulting experience would help
  • Some knowledge of MarTech and Business Architecture tools with intermediate knowledge of Sprinklr and other business tools
  • Experience in owning and running projects from discovery, development and launch with continuous management
  • Ability to demonstrate value (or lack of) in tools and is strong at making business cases
  • Excellent Project management skills
  • Creative mindset, whereby roadmaps can be designed setting out visions to increase usage and adoption from anything to establishing diagnostics to setting out training strategies
  • Demonstrates strong relationshipbuilding skills and maintains these both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and motivational skills, to operationally drive change management across countries
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and at ease with rapidly changing environment
  • Actionoriented, "can do" attitude
  • Fluent in English
