    Located in the heart of Lisbon, Webasto Portugal is a Business Service Center (WBS), part of the Webasto Group.

    Responsibilities:

    Supporting the implementation of Webasto Portugal's internal communication plan (WBS), namely through:

    • internal communications (on the various WBS channels);
    • creating and updating content in multiple formats for the WBS Portal;
    • supporting the planning and production of the internal newsletter (writing and producing content);
    • creating PowerPoint presentations following internal templates;
    • supporting internal events planning and organization (researching themes/orators, planning and managing venues, catering and invoicing suppliers);
    • writing informative texts for internal social media;
    • Mediating and managing projects with the creative agency (sending briefings, managing deadlines, reviewing materials, invoicing);
    • Support in carrying out internal surveys, analyzing data, and producing reports;
    • Proactively communicating with the company's various areas/teams to obtain information to share.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Communication Sciences, Journalism, Marketing, or similar;
    • A flair for writing/storytelling;
    • Knowledge of Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel);
    • Knowledge of Click Dimensions (ideal, but not mandatory);
    • knowledge of editing tools (image, video) (ideal, but not mandatory);
    • English skills (B2 level) (mandatory);
    • Power skills: interpersonal communication, empathy, and management of pressure situations;
    • Responsible and committed to meeting deadlines;
    • Eligible for IEFP Internship Program (Level 6 – Bachelor Degree).
