- Collaboration: Work closely with HR Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide solutions.
- Dashboard Development: Collaborate with HR to design and create user-friendly dashboards that visualize key HR metrics and performance indicators (e.g. charts and graphs, to make it easier for stakeholders to understand and interpret).
- Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Measure HR performance, employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention rates, and other critical HR-related areas.
- Data collection & analysis: gathering relevant data from various HR systems and databases (including training data, performance evaluations, recruitment metrics, and more).
- Reporting: Generate regular reports for HR to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in HR analytics.
