We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector:Nestlé Business Services.
They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a
Claims Management Specialist (French Speaker) (M/F) for the region of
Linda-a-Velha, Oeiras (Lisbon).
Main responsibilities:
- Reception, register, assignment and categorization of all customer Claims and Deductions raised by customers and/or internally;
- Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
- Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's);
- Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
Ideal Profile:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential;
- Knowledgeof basic Finance Terminology and notions required (Debit and credit Accounting rules);
- Fluent inFrench and Advanced English level;
- Good problem solving and analytical skills;
- Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude required;
- Good Organization and Prioritization skills to be able to cope with a fast pace environment;
- Strong work ethic and Respectfulness required.
