Customers now have access to a larger volume of content across an increasing number of channels, and brands must offer attractive product experiences on each of them.

Brands need to activate accurate, optimized product data for their catalog on all their key digital shelf destinations.

If a product isn't listed or has outdated content, it won't sell, and if it has inaccurate logistics data, it will be returned to the manufacturer.

An efficient activation strategy is critical to digital shelf success.


This role will support the Activation Experience team in delivering a delightful experience to Salsify's customers, focused on the Orders & Inventory module and Activation Accelerators projects.


You will have the opportunity to own the Orders & Inventory product and ensure its customers have a seamless experience onboarding and adopting the product.

You will also work alongside the Activation Accelerators team to surprise and delight customers with features that help address the most common day-to-day pain points.

We are looking for a product associate that is customer-centric, curious, and eager to learn a new area of the product.

You will work with stakeholders from across the organization including other product teams, engineering, design, product marketing, support, services, and go-to-market teams on high impact initiatives from the initial discovery phases all the way through execution.


How You'll Make an Impact:


  • Own maintenance, onboarding, and support for Salsify's Orders & Inventory module
  • Develop deep relationships with customer, Support, Salsify Services, and technical partners to optimize and streamline onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with multiple Salsify R&D teams on key strategic features to ensure Salsify customers enjoy outstanding experiences
  • Support the gotomarket team by identifying and addressing sales opportunities where Activation Experience will influence outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and CS to align Activation Experience investment to customer activation goals
  • Prioritizing sprint work based on business needs, roadmap, state of requirements, and running pilots with customers and partners for new features and functionality
  • Communicate through clear, concise written communication that engages collaborators and partners in key decisions.
  • Identify blind spots and opportunities for program success.

  • Experience building strong crossfunctional relationships with colleagues and partners and building influence within an organization that is brimming with strong opinions and deep expertise. Extra plus if you have worked with gotomarket teams in the past.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: must be sharp, energetic, outspoken, and resultsoriented; able to prioritize and focus in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and deeply understand user feedback and then amplify that learning and present tradeoffs to the organization.
  • English fluency is critical.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
