Adecco Recruitment is recruiting an
International Recruiter | Fluent English (M/F) for a prestigious international client working in the hospital products area, based in Maia.

Responsabilities:

Manage or provide operational support to recruitment, onboarding, organizational, development and change management programs when appropriate;
Assist with the implementation of global and regional HR programs and processes ensuring alignment with business objectives;
Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies, local laws and other regulations and standards;
Contribute to implement a high performance culture that emphasizes transparency, empowerment, innovation, quality, continuous improvement and productivity;
Support employee engagement initiatives;
Recommend and implement Training and Development programs/actions;
Update employee data and provide accurate reports on all HR activities such as employee HRKPI's;
Manage overtime, absences, holidays, sick leave management, social security reporting, work medical assistance, etc.

The perfect fit:

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similars (mandatory);
23 years of experience in international recruitment in a muiltinacional environment (mandatory);
Fluent English (mandatory);
Digital Knowledge;
Good communication;
Teamwork skills.
