Aufgaben
The Job.
You are responsible for the customer relations for the German market.
Your tasks include:
- Ensuring and maintaining customer relations
- Effectively handling incoming customer inquiries regarding technical issues
- Telephone product support
- Provide highquality service
- Recording of data elements
The Profile.
- You speak German at a native level + fluent English
- Preferably previous experience of at least 6 months in technical support
- Interest and willingness to learn
- Technically proficient
- Very good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under high pressure
- You are a team player, enthusiastic and selfstarter
- You have analytical and problem solving skills
- Valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship required

- Working hours in rotative shifts depending of the project
- A package in line with the market: 1000€ gross / month x 14 months
\+ Up to 100€ / month performance bonus

- If you live outside Portugal:
