We are looking for Personal Data Protection Analyst to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.


Main Tasks:

• Ensure CIB project validation processes comply with Privacy by Design principles, and

supporting Project Managers on their data protection activities;

• Manage incoming external and internal requests in the outlook inbox CIB GDPR DESK,

including Data Subject Rights Requests;

• Publish the CIB GDPR DESK periodic report and manage a dedicated SharePoint space;
• Contribute to disseminate a culture of personal data protection within CIB Develop and share best practices with the data protection network.

Technical Skills:

• Full proficiency of MSOffice suite, Proficiency of project management tools and methodologies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail and high sense of rigor and organization;
• Ability to synthesize and simplify complex concepts to a senior audience;
• Proactiveness and ability to leverage on transversal networks;
• Ability to work in a changing environment / Adaptability.

Language Skills:

• Fluent English;

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid (60% remote and 40% office-based arrangement).
