In this vital role within Digital Technology and Innovation (DTI) you will you work as a technologist to support and resolve day to day issues across a wide variety of solutions partnering with a diverse international team.

You will have the ability to cross train on core technologies and further develop your skills in the areas that interest you most.

Working across business functions, no two days will be the same as you respond to critical issues and resolve business problems.

The responsibilities of the role will include

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Exposure to any of the following technical areas: Integration/ETL/Informatica, CSharp, Planisware, Tableau, Cognos, Mulesoft, Sharepoint, Desktop Installation, One Trust, Dynatrace, Cloud Computing (AWS/ Microsoft Azure/GCP), Python, DevOps, Java,.NET, Salesforce
  • Familiar with Agile principles and processes
  • Leverage best practices, disciplined approaches, and standards to solving technical problems.
  • Conduct software preventative maintenance (SRT testing), patching, and upgrades where required
  • Manage Incident response and resolution
  • Work in a fastpaced changing environment, under pressure, balancing multiple assignments simultaneously

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • OR
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
  • OR
  • Associate's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Or
  • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of relevant

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in highly collaborative, crossfunctional environments
  • Experience in Software Engineering and Development
  • Strong learning agility, ability to pick up new technologies
  • Solid experience working with agile methodology & DevOps (Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub) frameworks with successful experience working in a collaborative team environment
