Location - Oieras ( Hybrid )

You will be a perfect fit if you have:

Fluent level of English ( speaking and writing ).
Fluent level in French ( speaking and writing ).
Minimum of C1 level:
Customer Service experience ( in Call Canters preferably) or B2B support experience.

The ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Which are my tasks in this role?

Help the customer and work upsell during the exchange and order process.
Record specific details of customers and partners' contacts and ensure actions are taken on each and every case.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Work successfully with the team to deliver and exceed KPIs for quality and to support brand development.
