- Du kennst die Standardfunktionen und Konfigurationsoptionen von Salesforce Sales Cloud und Service Cloud, idealerweise auch Experience Cloud und Commerce Cloud.
- Du übernimmst die technische Konzeption, Konfiguration, Programmierung und Bereitstellung von Lösungen und sicherst deren Qualität.
- Du legst großen Wert darauf, die bestmögliche Nutzung der vorhandenen Konfigurationsoptionen zu gewährleisten. Du schreibst nur dann Code, wenn eine Lösung mit den Standardfunktionen nicht möglich oder unverhältnismäßig teuer ist.
- Die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und die Sicherstellung einer optimalen Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden sind Dir wichtig.
- Du trägst gerne aktiv zum technischen Wachstum anderer Teammitglieder bei.
- Innerhalb Deines Entwicklungsteams koordinierst Du kontinuierlich mit Produktbesitzern und Architekten, um beispielsweise aktiv Dein Wissen weiterzugeben.
- Du begeisterst dich für agile Projektstrukturen und einen modernen Technologie-Stack; es ist Dir wichtig, über neue Releases im Salesforce-Umfeld auf dem Laufenden zu sein. Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Salesforce-Administrator und mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Salesforce-Entwickler. Du bist erfahren in der Programmierung mit Apex und LWC und hast bereits Integrationen implementiert und an den Sicherheits-mechanismen und -maßnahmen gearbeitet. Du hast bereits folgende oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen: Salesforce Certified Administrator und Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
Zertifizierungen als Salesforce-Berater, Business Analyst und/oder Architekt sind von Vorteil. Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations-fähigkeiten, denkst analytisch und konzeptionell und verfügst über echte Teamplayer-Qualitäten. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab. -
