The Central Reservation Office of Grupo Minor Hotels is recruiting a Back Office Agent (M/F) fluent in Portuguese and English.

Profile

  • Training in Hotel Management, Tourism or similar;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Knowledge of computers and social networks;
  • Willingness to work by objectives;
  • Proactive and flexible profile;
  • Hybrid job, so it is preferred you reside on Lisbon Metropolitan area;

Responsibilities:


  • Providing information about the hotels and their respective services;
