  • What you will do

  • Proactive development and advancement of global analysis concepts in the GCE environment, taking into account global and company-relevant requirements.
  • Networked, interdisciplinary working across all internal, global and external interfaces.
  • Representation of the GCE department with regard to any requests for analytical customer key figures.
  • Support in creation of analytical models with the goal of optimizing GCE Business in terms of promoting sales, customer retention, loyalisation, reactivation, and member base enrichment.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses in cooperation with other stakeholders to enrich GCE Business needs.
  • Participate in decision-making processes by contributing expertise in customer analytics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, business best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative testing approaches that align with business goals.
  • What you'll bring

  • Successfully completed degree in business, business information systems or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience in programming, ideally R and SQL.
  • MS Office, including SAP Analysis for Office (AO), Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of retail or e-commerce including a strong customer orientation, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle/luxury sector.
  • Fluency in business English.
  • Experience in the area of business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and visualisation.
  • Self-organization and independence.
  • Networked thinking and initiative to think laterally, for new ways and other perspectives in the analysis and preparation of data and the relationship between data.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills as well as a structured and methodical way of working.
  • Result orientation and reliability in teamwork.
