- Support in creation of analytical models with the goal of optimizing GCE Business in terms of promoting sales, customer retention, loyalisation, reactivation, and member base enrichment.
- Support ad-hoc analyses in cooperation with other stakeholders to enrich GCE Business needs.
- Participate in decision-making processes by contributing expertise in customer analytics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, business best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative testing approaches that align with business goals.
- Successfully completed degree in business, business information systems or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge and experience in programming, ideally R and SQL.
- MS Office, including SAP Analysis for Office (AO), Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of retail or e-commerce including a strong customer orientation, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle/luxury sector.
- Fluency in business English.
- Experience in the area of business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and visualisation.
- Self-organization and independence.
- Networked thinking and initiative to think laterally, for new ways and other perspectives in the analysis and preparation of data and the relationship between data.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills as well as a structured and methodical way of working.
- Result orientation and reliability in teamwork.
