Mission:

Plan, organize, direct and control the resources allocated to the management of the execution and delivery of assets, ensuring the provision of Inspection services that guarantee the operational programming of interventions and compliance with contractual requirements, established service levels, legislation, and other regulations in force.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as with the execution project.
Responsible for the management and supervision of projects/works.
Ensure compliance with the defined on the QMS procedures.
Ensuring supervision in terms of quality control.
Organize and effectively manage resources with a view to implementing the approved action plans for the department.
Plan all aspects related to projects in order to ensure compliance with deadlines, standards, legislation and guarantee the level of quality.
Coordinate the management information systems for the execution and delivery of assets, ensuring their adequacy and updating and consequent pursuit of the defined objectives.
Ensure the implementation and compliance with quality and environment management systems, proposing and putting into practice continuous improvement actions.
Enforcing safety management systems, supporting the Occupational Health and Safety area in the preparation, analysis, execution and resolution within the respective scope of activities and projects, promoting compliance with the requirements of standards and legislation.
Ensure compliance with the procedures established within the scope of the SGQA, collaborating for its implementation.
Ensure compliance with regulations and applicable legislation.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering
5 to 10 years in similar roles
Fluent in English
Good knowledge in technical coordination, specifications in construction standards, contract and project management and planning.
