To grow their Finance Team located in Porto (Portugal), we're recruiting a Business Analyst (M/F) to support activities of the EMEA's Shared Services Center and Senior Management for ad-hoc analysis.

Primary responsibilities:

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and adhoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

Minimum qualifications:

Academic Degree in Finance or Accounting or similar;
2/4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, fnancial planning and statistical analysis;
Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
Strong computer skills, especially of Excel and financial modelling (usage of software to analyze financial infromation, idemtifiy trends, make forecasts, etc.).
