Harmonisation of financial reporting Follow up and act upon queries received from internal and external auditors in relation to the shareholders accounting policies Monitor the application of the accounting standards according to IFRS Ensure that IFRS and group policy updates are duly applied by the subsidiaries and the SSC Validate the IT accounting schemes specifications of all new accounting projects Cooperate with the subsidiaries and HQ in efficiency and quality projects Manage key projects related to finance, accounting and internal control Profile Good teamwork and communication skills Capacity to solve problems, find solutions and alternative approaches Ensure projects are well defined, aligned to business goals, well documented and appropriately reported Comfortable with working in a unpredictable environment with priorities, scope and tasks changing frequently Versatile, able to participate in multiple initiatives out of the formal role scope and address new challenges 2 years experience in auditing or accounting (banking is a plus, not a mandatory skill) Fluent in English.
French is an advantage Excellent command of Excel and in manipulating data sets; Knowledge of SAP is helpful.
