Tarabel Lisbon is a new luxury boutique hotel located in the Lapa district of Lisbon. With only 9 rooms and suites, we offer our guests an intimate and personalized experience. Our establishment is dedicated to the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated waiter (all-night shift) to join our team in ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests during the night. You will be responsible for overseeing the hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with any guest needs, and preparing the morning setup for breakfast.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome late-arriving guests, assist with check-in, and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor the hotel premises and ensure the safety and security of guests and property
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries during the night shift
- Serve guests in the dining area
- Prepare the morning setup for breakfast
- Serve early breakfast
- Report any issues or incidents to the management
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury establishment is a plus
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle stress
- Knowledge of hotel operations and security procedures
