- Attend and board vessels as required, in accordance with our SOP and customer requirements.
- Coordinate effectively assigned port calls and provide advice on contractor selection for goods and services.
- Ensure compliance with Port Services processes, standards, and procedures, including the correct use of our operating system.
- Monitor vessels, handle follow-up enquiries, and establish and maintain vessel files.
- Ensure proactive, efficient, and timely communication at all times.
- Report business opportunities and relevant port updates to the Manager.
- Monitor and record expenses during vessels' port calls, ensure cost-effective vessel operations, and comply with Personal Protective Equipment Standard.
- Provide input to improve the operational and cost efficiency of the port call.
- Maritime background and experience in Ships Agency Operations.
- Good communication skills and command of the English language.
- Process and system understanding.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Port & local Authorities regulations, procedures, and governing tariffs.
- Computer literate.
