What youll do

Handle client inquiries and provide efficient, professional support in German (and English when needed), ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience.
Manage customer accounts: advise clients about services and products, answer questions, resolve issues and maintain longterm relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams sales, operations, support to coordinate client responses, share feedback, and ensure smooth workflows.
Use office software and internal systems to track client interactions, record data accurately, and maintain up-to-date client records.
Show empathy, clear communication and professionalism helping resolve complaints or requests promptly and maintaining a customeroriented mindset at all times.

What were looking for

Native or fluent German (written and spoken), and good English to work in an international, multilingual environment.
Previous experience in customer service, support, sales or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills friendly, patient and able to build rapport with clients.
Good organisation and computer skills (e.g., office software, databases), and the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping attention to detail.
A proactive, client-focused attitude and readiness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
