Tasks

\- Aligning business objectives with HR objectives

\- Manage the development of high-potential profiles

\- Analyse trends with the HR department

\- Implement organisational innovation plans related to recruitment and training but also regarding salary review processes

\- At the business level: monitoring forecasts, monitoring the number of positions, communication to the business as to whether or not they can hire.

\- Administrative tasks (reports on demand by business linked to any HR area).

Requirements:

\- Degree in Human Resources Management or similar

\- You have an advanced level of English

\- You have experience as a Talent Acquisition or HR Technician

\- You have experience with administrative tasks

\- You have an international profile

\- You are a business-oriented person

\- You have great adaptability and responsibility
