Job description:

Are you dynamic and have a sense of service? Then you may be our future Operation Manager/Specialist

We are looking for a polyvalent person to make part of our Operations team.

Your main tasks will be the following:

Be in charge of the logistics and the daily life of the operational team (planning installations, maintenance and manage the team's resources)
Build: Build, test and maintain the process that will improve the day to day of your team and the clients
Manage the onboarding of new clients, international logistics, follow up of customers & partners, follow up with suppliers
Be a problem solver on a daily basis

These missions may vary according to the evolution of the company's needs. We will guide you throughout your onboarding in order to increase your skills

Preferred experience:

You are eager to join a young, dynamic and ambitious startup
You are empathetic, organized and have excellent relational skills
You have initiative and agility
You are proactive and versatile, you are able to work independently and you know how to solve problem
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like the challenge and remain pragmatic in your approaches
European citizenship or work permit for Portugal.
Language skills
:Italian (
B2 minimum) and
Spanish (B2 minimum) and at least
B2 level in
English.
