    As our user base keeps growing, customer experience plays an even more critical role in how teams adopt, trust, and succeed with MeetGeek. We're looking for a Customer Experience Associate who enjoys helping users, driving product adoption, and turning customer feedback into real improvements across the product and support experience.

    This role sits at the intersection of support, onboarding, and product feedback, working closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Customer Support & Assistance: Provide timely and effective support across multiple channels (chat, email, help center), helping customers resolve issues and get the most out of MeetGeek.
    • Help Center Ownership: Create, maintain, and continuously improve help center articles, guides, and FAQs to empower customers with clear, self-serve resources.
    • Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect, analyze, and structure customer feedback to identify patterns, surface recurring issues, and inform product improvements.
    • Onboarding & Adoption Support: Assist with customer onboarding and implementation, guiding users through setup, best practices, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Customer Success to relay insights, validate solutions, and improve the overall customer journey.

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in customer success or customer experience (SaaS preferred)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
    • Empathy-driven approach to customer interactions
    • Comfortable working with tools like help desks, CRMs, and knowledge bases
    • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities

    You'll stand out if you have:

    • Experience with AI, productivity, or B2B SaaS tools
    • Hands-on experience writing help center or documentation content
    • A strong interest in UX, onboarding, or product-led growth
