    Role Overview:


    We are looking for a Application Support Engineer to integrate one of our largest international partners in the telecommunications sector.

    It is one of the biggest references in the area, with a significant presence in more than 6 countries.


    What you will do:

    • Provide expert-level application support, including issue resolution, performance optimization, and system maintenance.
    • Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve software defects and operational issues.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
    • Monitor, analyze, and maintain applications hosted on the Azure Cloud platform.
    • Develop and maintain scripts and tools using JavaScript to automate repetitive tasks.
    • Provide clear and effective communication to clients, both written and verbal, to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Document support processes, troubleshooting procedures, and resolution steps.

    What you are like:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, data manipulation, and reporting.
    • Proficiency in Azure Cloud services.
    • Knowledge/Experience with Javascript (nice to have).
    • Good communications skills in English.
