- Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on the cloud.
- Manage Cloud Infrastructure with IaC tools.
- Provide expertise on cloud security by conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and acting upon them.
- Develop automation scripts to reduce manual tasks and ensure consistency across environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to enable continuous integration to sustain high productivity levels.
- Keep up to date with emerging cloud technologies and advise on the best practices.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud services in at least one of the main cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of cloud security, including managing access controls and understanding compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
- Proficient with at least one programming language (Java, C#, Golang, other)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Effective communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified, etc.) (are a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
