Our client is a well-known leading company in the Logistics field and is looking to strengthen their team due to a prolonged absence of an employee. They are hiring a Payroll Processing Technician (M/F) for their office in Maia.
- Responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation for Payroll processing;
- Executing Payroll in SAP;
- Managing social security admissions and terminations;
- Monitoring renewals and terminations of employment contracts;
- Managing workers' compensation and health insurance files;
- Preparing statements for social security;
- Requesting compensation fund refunds;
- Communicating processing estimates to the finance department;
- Other administrative tasks within the department.
- Requirements:
- High school diploma with solid experience or Bachelor's degree with some experience (Junior);
- Proven experience in SAP payroll processing;
- Good work capacity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Immediate availability;
- Working hours from Monday to Friday between 09h and 18h;
- Salary package to be defined based on demonstrated experience.
