Kelly Services, is a partner of a well-known Company located in Miraflores, who is a global leader on offering a unique logistics and transportation experience.

Currently, and to reinforce their Shared Service's team, we are recruiting an
Accounts Receivables(M/F).


Main responsibilities:


  • Performing day to day allocation on SAP of customer incoming payments, along with verifying, classifying and recording accounts receivables' data on SAP.
  • Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task.
  • Identifying, indicating deviations and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager
  • Ensure good operational, daytoday, relationships customers and suppliers.

Workplace:
Miraflores


Note:
first month is fully in the office, and afterward hybrid.


Work schedule:
from 08:30 am until 17:30 pm, from Monday to Friday


Profile:


  • Fluency in English (C1 level minimum mandatory);
  • Domain of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and other business tools;
  • Previous administrative experience;
  • Analytical thinking and organization;
  • Resistance to stress;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • Proactive and adaptable.
