    Purpose:

    As a Quality Manager you will be responsible to monitor the quality of purchased products, identifying non-conformities, in accordance with internal standards and procedures, in order to guarantee compliance with the requirements defined by the company in terms of quality.

    Your tasks:

    • Monitoring the quality performance of suppliers by analyzing data and occurrences, with a view to continuous improvement and the adoption of corrective and improvement actions, in order to ensure compliance with the objectives set by the LIXIL group;
    • Promoting the implementation of the appropriate quality tools for each of the processes, in order to ensure adequate monitoring of the quality indices of the products and processes with a view to applying the appropriate preventive and corrective measures;
    • Configuring all material data in SAP, material master, QM info, dynamic control rules and test inspection plans for purchased products.

    Your profile:

    • Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering;
    • Experience: 5 years in similar roles;
    • Very good knowledge of Core Quality Tools;
    • Knowledge of inspection techniques and equipment;
    • Solid knowledge of ISO9001;
    • Experience with SAP;
    • Very good written and spoken English skills;
    • Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
