    You will be responsible to:

    You will be responsible for supporting standard and adhoc reports delivery as well as project development and for implementing improvements in the area of HR Operations. You will spend your days in Excel and other reporting tools, building reports, auditing data and managing HR projects.

    HR reports:

  • support in delivering the monthly HR reports to the internal clients;
  • support in identifying reports that are standard and periodical as use cases for automation;
  • support in auditing information available and ensuring data quality in our HR systems;
  • active participation in the identification of points for improvement in existing reports.
  • HR Analytics:

  • active participation in the identification of points for improvement in the existing BI platform (visualization, setup) together with the team.
  • HR data Governance:

  • support in the implementation of the data model to be adopted by the HR team;
  • support in the construction and maintenance of a data dictionary, containing all data fields of all existing HR tools, their respective source, interfaces, etc. for a full knowledge of our HR architecture as well as being compliant with GDPR requirements;
  • support in the construction and maintenance of the KPIs catalog, containing their respective concept, scope and calculation, for the reports delivered and maintained;
  • Coordination:

  • support in the oversight and coordination of different HR global projects (GDPR implementation).
  • We are looking to recruit a Candidate:

  • Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Market research data or related field;
  • Experience in data analysis, manipulation of large datasets, preparation of reports in a self-organized way;
  • Previous background / experience in HR analytics (design and developing reports, dashboards and visualizations in data tools – ex. Qliksense) is valued;
  • Excel – advanced level required (very complex formulas – vlookup, pivot tables, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS combined with AND / OR, INDEX MATCH, etc. + knowledge in macros are valued)
  • English – solid knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • It is imperative that this person be flexible, organized, focused, engaged, accountable, has superior attention to detail, proactive, critical spirit, problem-solving ability and have excellent follow-up skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment, resilient, open minded and people/service oriented
