    Service descriptionThe service to be provided has main focus on directing a systemic approach to project management support in Integration projects; supporting Siemens accountable and responsible Project Managers in project outcomes with focus on the oversight and support necessary for collaborating project teams to succeed.

    Project Management Office (PMO) service plays an integral role during the initial planning stages for any project.

    It creates structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints.

    By partnering with Siemens Project Manager and other project roles, PMO will assist in identifying dependencies and possible issues across teams; contribute to projects delivered within Siemens quality standards.

    Siemens expects following competencies to be available at the service provider

    • Support in the design of the development of the project according to the defined objectives, the necessary resources, the potential risks, the fixed deadlines and the assigned budget.
    • Monitoring and follow-up of the actions that are executed
    • Periodic reports on the progress of the project
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Management of the necessary tools and resources for the project

    Risk analysis:
    identification and proactive resolution of risks

    • Ensure goals are achieved and make recommendations when detecting eventual deviationsQualifications Siemens considers relevant for outsourcing company to assure consultants with skillset and experience covering
    • Project Management knowledge and experience in IT related areas
    • Experience working in Agile, Scrum
    • At least 7 years of experience in providing similar service
    • High level of MS Office proficiency (with focus on PowerPoint and Excel)Consultants to be assigned to the service provide should have advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, and good negotiation skills.
