Who we are looking for?

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and contractors related to their assignment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and scale our services
  • Ensuring the clients satisfaction with our teams development services
  • Organize and moderate monthly customer feedback sessions, addressing the ups and downs in the collaboration to keep the team collaboration on a highperforming level
  • Assist HR and Training in the recruitment, onboarding and training process
  • Mediate Project related and individual problems in the teams to improve collaboration and personal wellbeing of our developers on the project
  • Setup communication structures with clients on Slack, MS Teams or similar to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Continuously monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed
  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer success management and software development

Role & Career requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Software Developer
  • Minimum of 5 years of Professional Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong personal relationships
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in the hiring decision making process
  • Experience in the Staff Augmentation environment is a plus
  • Strong coding knowledge in at least one programming language
