    As our Head of Growth, you'll orchestrate a data-driven strategy to amplify user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all our markets.

    This includes fostering a culture of customer-centricity and building robust communication channels to keep our users informed and engaged.



    About the role:

    ● Brand Strategy:
    Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's vision and market positioning;


    • Brand Identity: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including visual elements, messaging and tone;
    • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and design, to ensure consistent messaging and tone;
    • Working with

    External Service Providers:
    Manage relationships with external service providers, such as PR and marketing agencies, to execute brand initiatives effectively;


    • Customer Experience: Elevate the overall customer experience by creating memorable and impactful customer interactions through various channels.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challenges in the home services industry, informing brand strategies and initiatives.

    About you:

    ● Experience: 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or related roles, with demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies;


    • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing;
    • Passion: Dedication to OSCAR's mission and commitment to shaping the future of home services worldwide;
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive brand strategies;
    • Collaborative Mindset: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among diverse stakeholders;
    • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative brand initiatives and campaigns.

    Our Process:
    The recruitment process will consist of the four stages:

    • Resume Screening: We'll carefully review your resume to assess your qualifications and fit for the role;
    • Screening Interview: You'll have a first meeting with OSCAR's COO to discuss your experience, skills and enthusiasm for the role;
    • Business Case: As the third step, you will be asked to prepare a business case that demonstrates your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in the context of brand management;
