WHO?:

VORTEX-CoLab is looking for a driven Research & Innovation Project Manager Officer to support with the project organization and monitoring the project KPIs, complying with the Vortex values and objectives.

Master's degree in Business or Engineering;
24 years of relevant working experience in R&I technology driven environments and in agile Project Management;
Experience in managing, multiple projects, identifying potential hurdles and moving forward through completion;
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with researchers, engineers and executives simultaneously;
Ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business and resource needs;
Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic and fastpaces environment;
PMP or PRINCE II certification;
Experience with management tools (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of the Scrum methodology is a plus;
Experience with financials and business plans is a plus;
Proficiency in English

WHAT?:

How you can expect to fill your days:

Support in the establishment of a framework for project delivery
Define, control and update processes, policies, and procedures
Provide support by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information, and lessons learned from other projects; and require compliance to project management frameworks and methodologies.
Support the definition of success measures, methodologies, and tools to be used in Project management
Gathers project data, in cooperation with Project Manager, to provide insights and metrics on overall performance and offer proposals on ways to continually improve
Manages resources, in cooperation with Project Manager and Operational Team, regarding projects allocation, hour booking validation, absences, travels and training schedules
Manages nonhuman resources (tools, space, equipment)
Supports creating all project documentation, like project plan, reports, monitoring tools, etc.
