Your tasks

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams, including IT, Cybersecurity, Legal to understand their requirements and provide support.
Evaluate new releases, features, and addons and make recommendations for adoption.
Ensure compliance with licensing and security requirements.
Perform pre
Establish a rollback scenario for each release, enabling the ability to revert changes if necessary.

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Ability to handle requirements.
Strong communication skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and
Understanding of IT infrastructure technology to ensure compatibility and integration with existing systems e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, SharePoint, Azure AD.
Effective organization and planning abilities.
Project Management and Change Management experience is a plus.
Fluent in English
