Client Support Agents are responsible for communicating with, educating,

and supporting PSO Sales Teams and Select Customers on our client for Brands.

Must be able to proficiently communicate with internal teammates as well as to external

top advertisers. They should serve as stewards of the product - willing to guide clients on the

efficacy of our ads, troubleshoot and update minor campaign edits, help collect assets and

coordinate internally and externally to maintain project timelines and and seamlessly resolve

problems to accomplish all tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, manage and organize assets from clients and identify gaps;
  • Customer Support for Users of GPS Navigation Tool (Email and Inbound Calls)
  • Documenting each action you take; and categorizing cases and possible bugs
  • Responsible for educating Sales and the Client on the overall capabilities of the Waze app;

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English and native (at least C1) in German
  • Intuitive: You know your audience and are a highly skilled written and oral communicator with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment;
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
