The Retail Senior Manager will have a key role sustaining and delivering Unilabs strategy for the region.

This role will report directly to the Country Retail Director working very close to the daily business, partners and customers, having a deep understanding of the healthcare environment (customers, regulatory, key players, etc.).


This position needs to a provide presence and visibility to the role and heavily interact with the Country Leadership Team, the staff and their continuing focus on patients and customers, helping them understand Unilabs' offerings and the best possible integrated diagnostics solutions available to them.


Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate functional leadership to ensure regional operations;
  • Establish strong relationships with the functional business partners and the Country Team;
  • Be accountable for the regional P&L across all aspects of cost lines;
  • Effectively manage the daily operations, ensuring that all internal and external reporting and compliance obligations are fulfilled;
  • Define service levels and identify new ways of working, especially through digitization, as well as ensuring a customeroriented culture at various levels, in order to create a unique experience for the customer;
  • Champions process, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the regional business and operations;
  • Develop the capabilities of the region and its people through systematic talent management and people development, enabling the organization to become more agile and professional.

Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Deep Health sector experience;
  • Strong strategic and operational competence
  • Full P&L responsibility experience
  • Experience leading, developing, empowering, and motivating highperforming teams;
  • Previous success on helping business on sustainable growth and higher profitability;
  • Success leading teams through periods of extensive (cultural) change and transformation;
  • Longstanding experience working in a multinational context.
  • Team player, inclusive, actively collaborates across the organization;
  • Transformation and change leader;
  • Superior analytical skills and a structed, systematic problemsolving mindset;
  • Strong communication, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills;
  • Handson and pragmatic.
