Role Specification: IMACD Onsite.

IMACD Onsite agent

• Install/Uninstall/Reinstall Software
• Maintain the resources from Laptop for users
• During idle time Onsite agent is responsible for maintain IT stock (scan serial number, clean keyboard and mouse, unpack screens)
• Replacement of IT assets (headset, keyboard/mouse..)
• Perform and complete all assigned IMACD requests in an accurate and timely manner
• Updating the CMDB whenever changes, removals and/or additions occur
• Keeping the CMDB accurate and complete
• Installation Move Add and Change daily work
• Update CMDB following Installations, Moves, Add & Changes
• Prepare IT equipment for new comers
• Installation image on machines
• Donations: Preparation, storage, delivery
• Storage, Tri-selective, recycling, ...

• Strong spoken and written interpersonal (English and French), communication and presentation skills;

• Effectively communicate with clients and team members for technical topics;

• Ability to drive workload independently;

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Attention to detail;

• Ability to work in a co-operative way;

• Strong work ethic;

• Good understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management

• Ability to carry out comprehensive desk research.
