Customer Advisor with Dutch in Lisbon

Your Profile:


  • You are fluent in Dutch and in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit
  • Customeroriented mindset
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus, but not required

Your Responsibilities

  • Receiving telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure that customers are supported at all times with the right insight information
  • Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool
  • Policy changes requests, updating payment details
  • Make claims and cancel requests
