Job Description:

The Finance Transversal Test team (FTT) has as main objective to manage manual and automated tests for all the DSI Corporate IT Finance.

The FTT Team Leader contributes to the company's performance and transformation. He/she encourages commitment and initiative of employees. He/she builds strong relationships with his/her ecosystem and contributes to developing the impact of his/her expertise, project or team.
As a Team Leader, he/she develops the teams and motivates them to achieve performance objectives.

He/she is focused on team development and management while achieving and monitoring improved, sustained performance to assist the Natixis strategy.

He/she motivates the employees in his/her entity.

Role

Improve and explore the relationship with the Porto Business teams
Develop and lead teams to achieve performance goals
Lead and mobilize teams according with needs
Care for development of employees' skills
Delegate effectively
Organize Workshop/ Presentations/ Training

Qualifications:

Academic background on Computer Science (or similar IT degree)
Solid experience working in Quality Assurance (5 or more years)
Knowledge about test automation (using Katalon framework could be a plus)
Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.

just one
PlayStation game or the final match for that
ping-pong tournament.

Tomorrow, you complete that
certified technical training and the day after, you will
work from home, taking advantage to finally do that
online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a
board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of
Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to
surf some waves or join them in a **football match.
