ServiceNow Specialist 

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg's clients. Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg's operations and addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably. 

The role

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow, IT Service Management, and IT Operations Management to design, implement, and optimize modern IT solutions for clients across Europe. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, ITBM, and ITAM, ensuring correct alignment with CSDM standards and high‑quality service mapping
• Advising on platform workflows, business rules, integrations, and the design and automation of Service Catalogue and request fulfilment processes
• Ensuring compliance with ITSM best practices, maintaining CMDB data quality, and supporting requirement gathering, testing, training, and knowledge transfer
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Your profile

• You successfully completed your degree in informatics, computer science or related fields 
• You have at least 2 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration, with strong knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
• Proven experience in CMDB design, Discovery, integrations, and familiarity with CSDM-based service mapping
• Hands‑on scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) for ServiceNow customization
• ServiceNow CSA, ITSM Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications are considered as an advantage (e.g. ITIL4, ITBM, ITAM/SAM, agile delivery)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
