About the project:

You will be providing services for Germanspeaking clients of an American multinational technology company focusing on artificial intelligence, online advertising, search engine technology, cloud computing, computer software, quantum computing, ecommerce, and consumer electronics._

Your Responsibilities:

Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients.
Administrative Support (Login, Passwords) and Technical Support;
Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy;
Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions;
Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients;
Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Fluency in German
(must be at least C1)
Communicative level of
English (at least B2):
You live in Lisbon , Portugal or you want to relocate there
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
