Job Summary

As the Digital Service Transformation Lead, you'll be at the forefront of Convatec's digital service evolution. Your role will involve aligning IT services with the organization's digital objectives and ensuring a cohesive service transformation journey.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and champion the digital service transformation, ensuring all initiatives are in sync with the organization's overarching digital objectives.
  • Define and refine the service portfolio roadmap, maturity path, and customer priorities.
  • Employ analytics and datadriven methodologies & tools to monitor KPIs, subsequently translating data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, Business Units, and the Sr. Director IT Service Strategy & Digital Service Transformation to ensure a cohesive digital service transformation strategy.
  • Lead initiatives that drive service maturity levels and elevate customer experience.
  • Implement digital tools to enhance service delivery and train teams on new digital service processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital tools and technologies that can further the organization's digital service transformation objectives.
  • Foster a close collaboration with IT technical teams to ensure technologyrelated decisions are wellinformed and strategically sound.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in Life Sciences/MedTech to inform digital service transformation initiatives.
About you

  • Strong background in digital service transformations, with an emphasis on aligning services with digital strategies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their role in service provision.
  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and influence strategy at the executive level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital strategy or transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using methods like Net Promoter Scores for customer feedback.
  • Proven experience in leveraging digital tools for service improvement and transformation.
  • A track record of effective collaboration between strategy and technical teams, bridging the gap between overarching digital objectives and the technologies that can achieve them.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences/MedTech industry is preferred.
  • Exposure to Good Practices (GxP) is beneficial.
