Energy and Prices Management of
EDP Comercial, an EDP Group's company, is recruiting for the
Energy Management department.

Managing short/long term demand forecast for EDP customer (electricty/gas(GoO...);
Continuous backtesting of model's results;
Managing customer's energy needs working together the energy management EDP team (GEM);
Provide support to the sales unit in order to elaborate energy proposals for customers;
Develop and implement datadriven solutions to complex business problems;
Design and build data models to support decision making;
Communicate findings and recommendations to topmanagement.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Physic, other may be accepted if comes with relevant experience to the job;
Up to 3 years of working experience in energy prices management;
Knowledge in energy markets and demand forecast is appreciated (Handson experience in building predictive models)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python;
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI;
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data analysis to nontechnical stakeholders;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Strong problemsolving skills and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
