As aCompensation & Benefits Manager , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
You will ensure that our compensation strategy aligns with business goals, legal requirements, and industry best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and overseecompensation structures , including salary benchmarking, pay scales, and incentive programs.
Manageemployee benefits programssuch as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Conductmarket analysis and salary surveysto ensure competitive pay structures.
Ensurecompliancewith local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to managepayroll budgeting and forecasting .Provide expertise onperformance-based compensation modelsand reward strategies.
Communicate benefits programs effectively to employees and provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
Drive initiatives to enhanceemployee satisfaction and retentionthrough innovative compensation strategies.
RequirementsBachelors or Masters degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience(3+ years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational or HR services environment.
Strong knowledge ofsalary benchmarking, labor laws, and HR best practices .Proficiency inHR software and data analysis tools .Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and senior management.Fluent inEnglish ; additional languages (Portuguese or French) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
