We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.


Main tasks:

• Define and manage preventive and reactive maintenance plan;
• Check quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularly
• Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to business
• Manage Maintenance Department;
• Analyze processes to ensure efficient functioning and perform analysis to make adjustments
• Suggest and implement continuous improvement.

Professional and personal skills:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
• 3 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields;
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills;
• Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes.
