We are recruiting a
Junior Order to Cash Analyst(M/F) with fluency in German to join our client's operation located in Lisbon.

As a
Junior Order to Cash Analyst you will be responsible for:

Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Analyzing and validating invoices, matching them to the right purchase order;
Working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve queries;
Executing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Workplace:
Lisbon (Amoreiras)

Note:
first three months fully in the office, and afterward hybrid

Work schedule:
from 09 am until 06 pm, from Monday to Friday

What do we look for in you?

Academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or other related;
Previous experience in similar tasks (preferable);
Written and spoken fluency in
German **(mandatory);
Good command of
English(at least a B2 level);
Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment.
Written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with assistance.
Organization skills, attention to detail and followthrough to resolve any outstanding issues
